Deferred entry graduate programme with PwC for Teach First participants
If you want to spend two years teaching on the Teach First Leadership Development Programme before working for PwC then you can apply to Teach First and PwC at the same time but defer your entry to us. Not only will schools and pupils benefit from your enthusiasm and expertise, you’ll also develop a host of skills with Teach First that you can bring to the business world. From leadership and communication, to planning and problem-solving.

Your knowledge will help high-profile businesses, entrepreneurs and family businesses understand complex rules and make informed decisions with significant impacts. You'll also help governments ensure the efficient operation of tax systems, and use your insight to solve long-term problems. By joining Tax you’ll also be involved with our innovative One Tax Rotation programme. This gives you the opportunity to work outside your core team in Tax for up to six months, learn from different clients and develop your transferable skills.
What you'll gain
Your role will also provide you with the opportunity to study towards the Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification. The CA is your first step to becoming a chartered accountant.
What you need to get in
- You'll need to be applying for or undertaking the Teach First Leadership Development Programme; and
- You'll need to have or be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject
